Libra Horoscope Week commencing Sunday September 7 2008: You desperately want to give something a make over at the moment, the difficult decision can be what? You are certainly feeling the need for a change within and without yourself and this is the time for doing something to your appearance. You are feeling quite outgoing at the moment, even though you do have a tendency to withdraw periodically when life becomes too much. Major projects around the home seem to be taking much of your energy but not necessarily providing the desired results. This can lead to frustration in the least and temper tantrums at the extreme.
